LZ 127 ZEPPELIN holds an important place in aeronautical history as one of the most successful airships ever made. Between 1900 and 1938, GmbH constructed more than 100 airships in 27 variations. The largest one was LZ 129, measuring in at 245m in length, 41.2m in diameter, and having a volume of 200,000 m3. Powered by 4 Daimler diesel engines with 4,200 PS, the airship had a top speed of 131 km/h and had a maximum range of 12,000 km, enabling it to reach places like Japan, North America, and South America to transport passengers, mail, and freight. This model is one of Graf Zeppelin’s most popular watches, with a tasteful retro design and an automatic movement with a cream pierced dial showing the balance wheel. It’s completed with a brown leather strap.
