An excellent general purpose chef’s knife, typically used for slicing vegetables, meat etc, fine dicing and carving.

Use and Care:

– Do not attempt to cut, hit or chop frozen products or bones. The blade can chip or break.

– Hand wash with warm water and towel dry.

– Occasionally wipe down with a dab of food-safe mineral oil or olive oil. Wipe off excess.

– Use sharpening steel to hone the edge after heavy use. If the blade is dulled, use a water or oil stone to restore the edge. The cutting edge is 30 degrees. You can also send it back to the maker for proper sharpening at no expense.

– Do not use a dishwasher to clean your knife.
