The 15300 – The Royal Oak is one of the most iconic watches of our time with its debut in 1972 with the reference 5402. The initial 1,000 pieces were sold quickly and it was clear that this watch was going to be a huge success, in fact some rumors say it saved the brand from a bankruptcy. The 39mm version came in a few references, mostly ultra thin versions housing the iconic Cal.2121. The 15300 has the same case size however houses the Cal.3120 which was much thicker than the 2121. It has a nice size thicker case and bracelet. It feels more like a Luxury Sports watch and has a more masculine appearance on the wrist. This very example is preserved in mint condition and has the white Tapestry dial. We are happy to offer this watch with its set of papers and the original box.
