A Longines for the UAE – Here’s a very pretty Longines watch from the 1980s that bears a large stepped case that is gold plated. The watch is mechanical and bears a manual winding movement, very uncommon for Longines from this era. The watch was ordered by the UAE Government who gave these out as gifts to celebrate national events and as part of a special order it features the UAE Quraysh Hawk, printed in gold at 6 o’clock. A very inexpensive but beautiful and interesting watch for collectors of logo dials.
